Write your subject line after you've written your email.

Subject lines are a HUGE piece to your email success, but most email service providers prompt you to write them first and then they move on the body of the email, which is annoying and not strategically helping you get the best subject lines out there.

Great subject lines are all about emotional triggers and hooks. To get just the right one, you need to have written the content first. Think of your subject lines like the movie trailer for your emails. And then challenge yourself. If you only had 5-6 words top use to convince someone to open that email, what would they be?

Tap into that emotional tug, regardless of the genre or industry you're in. Why would someone want to open this? Or can you give them a mysterious hook where they want to know more. (That's often where my subject lines live!)
